PayPal注册与激活

PayPal(简称PP)是现在网络上流行的免费信用卡，现在对包括中国在内的近40个国家开放，PayPal支付将成为以后网上收钱的一个主要方式，强烈建议加入。要注意的是你要完全激活你的帐号，必须要有一张国际Master卡或Visa卡，否则现在只能申请一个帐号，以后有了国际信用卡后才能激活账号。没有激活的帐户照样可以收钱、发款(但每个帐户发款总额不能超过3000美元、每月的发款额不能超过500美元，所以，你的网赚做大了，激活你的PP是势在必行的)。已经激活的帐户现在可以通过国内银行以支票的方式取出美元。激活后的PP每月的发款额不能超过2500美元，但发款总额没有限制。

没有激活的PayPal里的钱现在能转移到别的已经激活的帐户(比如可以通过中国的
【四川网络货币兑换中心】将PayPal中的美元兑换为人民币转到自己国内的银行账号上，然后可以取钱了。

友情提醒1：建议使用Yahoo英文邮箱(注意：你要先选择Asia，再选择China)，因为有的网赚公司不给.cn结尾的PP帐户付款！

友情提醒2：不要选择“PayPal贝宝”：PP是英文版的，只能收发美元/欧元等；而“PayPal贝宝”是中文版的，只能收发人民币。两个帐户 不能通用 ！只是“贝宝”是PP公司开的中国分公司而已。

友情提醒3：注册开始时要你选择的PayPal三种帐户的区别：

Personal Account(个人帐户)：收款不要费用，但不能接受来自信用卡或Ebay等商务来往的现金；

Premier/Business Account(高级帐户，也叫商业帐户)：收款需要费用，但可以接受各类现金到款。

有时为了接受某个网赚公司的信用卡到款，你可以(点Accept)将你的帐户从Personal Account升级到Premier/Business Account，然后可以写信给PP公司要求降级，但这样的操作只能进行一次！以后如果第二次再升级到高级帐户，那么你的帐户就只能永远是高级帐户了！

天无绝人之路！

PayPal公司有个规定：一个用户可以拥有两个PP帐户(相同的个人信息，不同的邮箱地址)：一个为Personal Account，一个为Premier/Business Account！这样，你可以同时使用这两种帐户分别接受来自不同网赚公司的现金！等到你的两个帐户都接近3000美元的发款限制时，你就得办国际信用卡，然后用支票取美元！

友情提醒：一个国际信用卡只能激活一个PP帐户！建议你先激活自己的Personal Account(因为个人帐户收款较多)，而Premier/Business Account用得相对较少。

一、如何注册：

点击这里：https://www.paypal.com/(平时登陆你的PP帐户也是这个地址)，进入国际用户注册(免费)，注意：Sign Up for your Free PayPal Account，这里只是对美国会员的注册页面，你要先按顶部的International Account Registration（如果没有那个选择项，那么点击顶部的Sign up），然后选择Personal Account，再选择你的国籍China，再选择Global Currencies - For cross border transactions，再点击Continue到国际用户的申请表格：

下面为中英文对照表，必须要用英文或拼音填写(注意：所有信息应该和你的身份证等实际信息完全一致！以便今后你可以激活自己的PP帐户PP帐户)。*Optional field表示可选项，有些可以不填写。

然后分别是User Agreement(用户协议)和Privacy Policy(隐私权政策)，应该都选择Yes。

这时，PayPal公司要求你填写你的信用卡信息来激活你的帐户。如果你没有信用卡，可以暂时不激活帐户(以后你随时都可以登陆帐户激活的)，点击Cancel进入公司页面。

按照网页提示，你到你的邮箱收取PayPal公司的来信，点击信内Click here to activate your account的链接，在新的页面输入密码，点Confirm，再点Continue，你就登陆了自己的PP帐户(同时证实了你的帐户)。

至此，恭喜你：你的PayPal已经注册成功！

最后点Sign Up提交。
